Mental Health Awareness

New Orleans Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU) is a behavioral health program at Resources for Human Development in New Orleans. For this project, we needed to raise mental health awareness among kids ages 3-17. It was essential to tell a story while the readers identified themselves. The design composition consists of a tearing effect, and adding the scribble effect creates a subtle way to show mental health without using a brain illustration. The print version was also converted into a social media reel.
